For the past 25 years Mr. Arnott has built his career in marketing, technology and information systems.

Since beginning his career at Arthur Andersen, he has started and grown three successful businesses. Specialties include Enterprise Database Systems, Business Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Healthcare Technology, and Strategic Planning. He is currently the CEO of ContentFirst.Marketing.

At ContentFirst.Marketing, Mr. Arnott leads an organization that uses advanced analytics, copy writing, social media and email marketing to drive new sales for businesses.

Mr. Arnott has held additional leadership positions as Chief Information Officer, Director of Consulting, Manager of Financial Systems, Enterprise Data Architect, and IT Director.

Prior to ContentFirst.Marketing, He held leadership and consulting positions at All Covered (Konica-Minolta), WaveTwo, Geniant (Now Dell EMC), Arthur Andersen, Aleris Recycling, and Akili.

Mr. Arnott’s strengths are in understanding complex problems, building teams and leading disparate groups of individuals and organizations to a common goal. He performs this successfully by having a strong technical background and proven business and marketing acumen while introducing communication and governance to support business objectives.
